1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you’re not fully satisfied with your acquisition, simply follow these steps:

- Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
- Exclusions: Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on certain items, including:
- Products that have been used or opened (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Discounted or clearance items.
- Gift cards or e-gift cards.
2. Refunds
Once we get and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the buy.
- If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective products).
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will either offer a replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team promptly with the next details:

- Photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
We will supply a replacement at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
